Dr. Snehal Deshpande

Dr. Snehal Deshpande is a pioneering Neonatal and Early Developmental Therapist with over 37 years of experience in early intervention, neonatal care, pediatric rehabilitation, and holistic family wellness.

As the Founder & Director of SNEH – Developmental Therapy Advanced Care and Research Institute, she leads a multidisciplinary network with branches and collaborative centers across India dedicated to supporting children and families through compassionate, evidence-based, and integrative care.

Her clinical journey began in 1989 at Wadia Hospital, Mumbai, where she trained under renowned neonatologists and pediatric specialists, building a strong foundation in neonatal and developmental therapy. Over the years, she has collaborated with leading hospitals and healthcare institutions including L.H. Hiranandani Hospital, Wockhardt Hospital, Cloudnine Hospital, Atharv Ability, Motherhood Hospital, and several multidisciplinary pediatric centers across the country.

Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Snehal is an educator, mentor, speaker, and researcher who has trained therapists and healthcare professionals across India through workshops, lectures, and academic programs. She has contributed to multiple research publications and national and international conferences in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and developmental care.

She also serves as Director – Health & Wellness Programs at the Heartfulness Institute, where she leads initiatives focused on parenting, relationships, emotional wellness, and holistic living.
